1. Eat Healthy Diet:

You have to feed your hair with good products like as we feed our body with necessary nutrients and nutrition. You will have to take zinc and iron( products like lentils, soybeans), Vitamins c (like oranges) that increases the absorption of iron by your body leading to growth of hair locks. Vitamin D sitting or walking in the sun is the good way for your body to soak up the precious vitamin. The right time to enjoy sunlight is from 6am to 8pm. Protein is another beneficial element for hair, bone, nails.


2. Drink Water: 

Drink plenty of water this helps in making your hair grow faster. If you drink 8 glasses of water in a day, it will keep your body better and aid hair growth too.

3. Don't Wash too often: 

The ideal to go about by shampooing your hair twice, maximum trice a week not everyday. this will allow the natural oils in your hair to penetrate and give your hair the ability to hydrate and repair itself.
